How do I place an order?

Ordering is quite simple: just fill in the registration form on the website and select the number of weeks you wish to receive the service.

Is it possible to order other Il Borro products?

Buying Il Borro products is always possible, but they must be connected to a Organic Box order or subscription.

How much does home delivery cost?

The cost of shipping is 3€.

Where can produce be delivered to?

The service is available in Florence, Arezzo and Siena provinces.
Book your box by midday on Monday for deliveries to Arezzo and Siena and it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Book your box by midday Tuesday for Florence deliveries and it will be delivered on Thursday.

When is the delivery made?

Delivery is made weekly, always on the same day: this lets us optimise the route and reduce CO2 emissions. You do not have to be at home. Just indicate an alternative; you can contact us by phone or email and we will choose the best option together.

What are the payment methods?

Payment is made by credit card or prepaid card. Payment is made in advance.

Will you confirm that my order has been correctly placed?

Of course. An email confirming a successful order will be sent as soon as the order is completed.

Can I request suspension of delivery for one or more weeks?

Yes, just send an email or contact us by phone to request the temporary suspension of delivery.

Can I choose the contents of the Organic Box?

The Organic Box always contains 4kg of organic vegetables and a carton of 6 organic eggs. Each week, in our organic garden, we select the best seasonal vegetables at their ripest. For this reason, it is not possible to choose the content beforehand.

How is my Organic Box packaged?

Orders received by midday Tuesday for Florence and midday Monday for Arezzo and Siena will be processed the next day when the vegetables are picked. This will allow you to have fresh products packed just a few hours before delivery. After the Organic Box is packed, it is transported by our refrigerated van to ensure that the products maintain their freshness.
