Organic Squash Sandwich


Sliced organic squash
100 g of mild provolone cheese
1 organic egg
bread crumbs
mild paprika


In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the salt, a sprinkle of mild paprika and chopped rosemary.
In another bowl, beat the egg with the salt. Cut the pumpkin into slices about 4-5 mm thick then dip them in the egg, then the breadcrumbs and put a thin slice of sweet provolone in the middle; cover with another slice of pumpkin also dipped in egg and roll the whole thing in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil, taking care when turning the sandwiches, as they are very delicate.
Set your sandwiches on paper towel to drain and serve hot.
