La cassetta contiene sempre 4 kg di verdure stagionali biologiche, con almeno 5 ortaggi diversi, e 6 uova biologiche. Può essere arricchita con i prodotti biologici della bottega del Borro. I prodotti variano ciclicamente a seconda della stagione e vengono consegnati settimanalmente a Firenze e nei comuni vicini il giovedì, ad Arezzo e nel Valdarno il mercoledì, partendo direttamente dall'Orto del Borro.

Honey
Our honey range consists of 100% Tuscan organic honey, produced by our bees, which are essential to the ecosystem and biodiversity. Millefiori (thousand flowers) honey is the highest expression of our territory, deriving from the many varieties of wild and aromatic plants growing on the Estate. The honey is packaged delicately to preserve its natural characteristics.
Olive oil
Olive oil has always been an essential element in the synthesis of tradition and innovation, of nature and excellence, of authenticity and conviviality, and at Il Borro these considerations have always been combined with deep respect for the Earth. The production of the oil is entirely in-house, to guarantee its quality.
Organic flours
Orto del Borro’s organic flours are the result of our desire to make the most of local crops, particularly our cereals, which are stone-ground at low speed. All our flours are grown in Tuscany, on Il Borro's own land. Flours with a low gluten content, light and digestible, obtained from the whole grain to keep the wheat germ and fibre intact inside. No leavening agents or thickeners.
Organic grains
Our organic spelt cereals in bags originate in Tuscany and are grown on Il Borro's land. Husking ensures the preservation of the main nutritional elements of the spelt and its fibre content. Our spelt grains are ideal for soups and cold salads. They do not require soaking.
Organic Pasta
The types of pasta we offer are speciality foods produced from organic wheat and spelt grown in Tuscany, on Il Borro's own land. The organic cereals are stone-ground to preserve their nutritional properties. Cultivation, milling and pasta-making constitute a short supply chain that complies with relevant organic regulations. Pasta that turns out light and easily digestible.
Organic Snacks
From organic einkorn and emmer spelt, grown in Tuscany on Il Borro's land, comes a line of savoury snacks, ideal as for complementing breakfast, lunch or dinner. Naturally light, low in gluten and rich in fibre, they are easy to digest and have a low glycaemic index.
Organic Tomato Sauces
Our sauces are made with the finest organic tomatoes from our market garden, grown in Tuscany in Il Borro soil. In keeping with Italian tradition, our processed tomatoes are ideal for pasta sauces, or as a base for more complicated sauces.
Wines
All Il Borro wines have a strong sense of territory. Native vines such Sangiovese are cultivated together with the international vines such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah so that each label is the most authentic expression of Il Borro Estate
